This is an unassembled laser cut kit.
Fits on 50' double door boxcars. (MTL Series: 182's, 037's & 034's)
In the mid 20th century as the housing market exploded, some railroads, especially on the West Coast, would take old boxcars without doors and modify them to carry stick lumber. Pockets would be cut in the floor and sometimes through the roof so that after stick lumber was loaded, vertical boards could be inserted to keep the load secure inside the car.
This load is NOT on any standing Order.
