Built in the late 1960s by the ATSF Topeka Shops, this CE-1 caboose with Bettendorf Swing Motion trucks was rebuilt in 1988 and modernized with addiitonal amenities for rews, including a refrigerator and new seating areas. Also, at this time, it was painted in the newest ATSF red and yellow scheme with large circle cross logo.
