Baltimore & Ohio/Chessie - Road #: B&O 602903 - PS2 3-Bay High-Side Covered Hopper
This PS-2 covered hopper is painted yellow with blue logo and lettering. It was built in July 1969 by Pullman-Standard, serviced in October 1985, and runs the Allegheny District on Barber Roller Bearing trucks. The 4427 cu ft. design was Pullman-Standard’s earliest mass-produced 100-ton grain car. Part of Pullman's Center Discharge line of covered hoppers known as PS2CDs. Grain is the primary commodity of these hoppers.
