This 40’ standard box car with plug door and no roofwalk is car# 29 of a 44-car series representing each of the Presidents of the United States. It bears the portrait of our 23rd president, Benjamin Harrison. The car comes with a commemorative pin replicated from this era. The grandson of President William Henry Harrison, his administration is remembered for economic legislation, including the McKinley Tariff and the Sherman Antitrust Act, and for annual federal spending that reached one billion dollars for the first time. He also saw the admittance of six states into the Union.
