Built in the late 1960s by the ATSF Topeka Shops, this CE-1 caboose was rebuilt in the early 1980s and modernized with additional amenities for crews, including a refrigerator and new seating areas. Also, at this time, it was painted in the short lived SPSF red and yellow paint scheme with only the SF ever being painted.
