This plug door box car with tall ladders and no roof walk is painted aluminum with red script writing and logo. It has black lettering and runs on black Bettendorf trucks. This car was among 15 built for Canadian Pacific as mechanical refrigerator cars starting in 1963. These cars could be seen behind the CP’s Mandarin Orange Express. The red lettering was introduced on freight cars in the early 1960s and later replaced by CP Rail lettering.
