This structure is based on the original Pizzaland building made famous in the opening credits "drive" on the hit show Sopranos on HBO. This kit is officially licensed by Pizzaland. We worked closely with the owner of the real Pizzaland to make our kit a close replica of the prototype structure in North Arlington, New Jersey. We even include the air conditioner, crawl space openings and burglar bars to make it authentic. Pizzaland would look great in just about any business district, industrial area or at roadside. And its small footprint will make it easy to find room for this kit. This is one kit you must have on your layout. Kapeesh?!

Kit features laser-cut floor, sidewalk, roofing, interior and exterior walls with tab and slot connections. Front wall is laser etched brick, cut with exactly the same brick pattern as the prototype. Includes laser-cut window glazing, peel-n-stick doors and peel-n-stick roofing for easy assembly. Side window frame is injection molded plastic, front window frame is laser cut. Also includes signs, burglar bars and lampshades. And last but not least a laser-cut rooftop "Pizzaland" sign and a laser-cut "Pizzaland" storefront sign digitized off a prototype photo for accuracy.

Based on a 1950's-80's style self service gas station. One of the original self service gas stations Hudson's strategy was to offer self service pumping at a discount over it's other branded competitors. At it's peak Hudson Oil operated in over 35 states.

Found at roadside in rural areas or along the outskirts of town this type of roadhouse is based on juke joints that would have offered drink, food, dancing and maybe even a few groceries or "recreational" gambling in the back room. Sam's is located far enough off the beaten path that an outhouse is provided. Build it without the signs and use it for a house. This kit was inspired by my friend Sam Syzdek's excellent scratchbuilt model.

Laser cut floor has a laser etched porch floor with nail holes etched in random length boards. Laser cut door trim, screen door, window trim and corner trim feature peel-n-stick adhesive for easier assembly. Windows may be installed open or closed. Also includes laser cut handrail, stairs and a stair assembly jig. Stairs may be built the right or left side of the porch as shown above. Roadhouse and outhouse have laser-cut peel-n-stick pre-weathered corrugated roofing. Roadhouse includes a cast metal smokejack and outside non-working lamps. Roadside sign frame and a great selection of signs from our extensive collection. Outhouse has fully detailed interior and may be built with door open or closed.

The pagoda style or flared roof eaves, bay window on the front and decorative trim make this a unique, but very attractive station. This style of roof was an inexpensive way to add interest to an otherwise common structure. At 24' wide x 40' long this is a small size wood combination passenger and freight station. The prototype had exterior walls of lap siding with a wainscot of novelty siding.
